Across the Night

Standalone Novella

Release Date: February 17, 2020

Small town hotel, short read, slow burn

Night brings the unexpected, and I did not expect him.

Hello, my name is Sadie, and I’m a workaholic. Social life? Forget it. Relationships? I’m currently mourning the death of orgasms. But sixteen-hour working days? Just another Friday night. As a manager at a hotel, the overnight shift just comes with the job. Normally, it’s uneventful—that is, until I meet Aiden.

Here one minute, gone the next; he’s the mysterious businessman more silver-tongued than I can take, and he’s haunting me month-to-month. I wouldn’t call it serendipitous; we have hotel regulars all the time. But destiny has a weird way of bringing two sleepless people together. Not like I believe in that fairytale kind of stuff. I shouldn’t even be flirting with hotel guests as it is.

But with Aiden Wrenn? All bets are off.

What People Are Saying…

Someone tell me how a quick little novella has more heart, soul, and laugh-out-loud moments than some “epic sagas” I’ve read. Wow. Aiden and Sadie had me hooked the whole way through!

The perfect combination of sweet and steamy.

I just finished this right this second and as I type this I’m practically crying. AHH!!!! I loved this story. It was funny, and witty, and loving and just everything. Auto read author for me!
